About me
Sarah Greaves – Life Coach for Mothers, Founder of Rise Up Coaching
Hi, I’m Sarah — a mother of three, a neurodivergent woman, a life coach, a creator, an author, and someone who’s walked through the fire and come out holding the hands of others.
I’m the founder and Head Coach at Rise Up Coaching, and the heart behind this space for mothers — especially the ones holding it all together whilst silently struggling.
For over two decades, I’ve worked with young people, families, and women, empowering them through personal transformation, mindset shifts, and confidence-building. I’ve worn many hats — motivational speaker, youth worker, youth centre manager, mental health programme facilitator, author, content creator, and EDI consultant — but the role that’s shaped me most?
Being a neurodivergent mum raising a neurodivergent child.
That’s the truth no CV captures.
Motherhood shook me. It exposed the cracks I thought I’d sealed — trauma, burnout, masking, the weight of not feeling “enough.” Add neurodivergence into the mix — mine and my child’s — and suddenly I was navigating life with no map.
So I created one.
My work is rooted in real life
I bring both lived experience and professional insight. I am still living this daily. Alongside coaching, I consult globally as an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion facilitator, delivering workshops to corporates, charities, and grassroots teams. I’ve self-published my memoir and self-help book, Fatherless, and regularly design transformative programs that centre mental health, healing, and empowerment.
Whether I’m coaching a mother through burnout, mentoring a teen in crisis, or speaking to a room full of executives about inclusion — my purpose stays the same:
To help people rise — without shame, without hiding, and without leaving parts of themselves behind.
What I do now
- I coach mothers — especially those navigating neurodivergence, solo parenting, and the overwhelming expectations we carry.
Through 1:1 coaching, group coaching, courses, events, journals, and community spaces, I help women reclaim their identity, rebuild self-worth, and parent from a place of clarity rather than survival.
You don’t have to do it perfectly. You just have to feel seen — and supported.
You’re in the right place if…
-
You’re a mother who feels overwhelmed, lost, or invisible
-
You’re navigating life with undiagnosed or late-diagnosed neurodivergence
-
You’re raising a neurodivergent child and craving support that actually understands
-
You want to rebuild your confidence, purpose, and peace
-
You’re tired of the performance and ready for real transformation
